Administration of Skills Development portfolio: handling of training needs analysis and skills reviews, helping with the compilation of the Workplace Skills Plan Abilities, helping the training board of trustees with meeting logistics and drafting month to month, quarterly, yearly, and ad-hoc training carried out. Organize training logistics like setting appointments and catching of details for non-clinical skills development programmes, as well as PSI/CIP programmes. Help with coordination of the bursary administration function. Guarantee consistence with relevant skills development and related regulation and policies. Co-ordinate the operations and give minute-taking obligations to the Skills Development Competent and Training Committee meetings and other related meetings.


Computer literacy (MS Word, advanced Excel and PowerPoint).

Ability to function as a team player, with or without supervision.

Ability to function under stressful environment and cope with a heavy workload.

Project management knowledge and capabilities.

Appropriate planning and administration skills.

Understanding of the Human Resource function.

Knowledge of the Human Resource Development Legislation and Policies.

Proficiency in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape

Senior certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent).

R 202 233-R 235 611 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer’s contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
