Job Purpose:

Courier-it invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the Customer Service Agent position. The role is responsible for providing excellent Customer Service to all clients by attending to their needs / queries promptly, efficiently and in a professional manner. Promote an efficient and positive image for the company.

Customer Service Agent Position at RTT

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Handle queries & enquiries on a local and national basis
Ensure delivery of all consignments in accordance to the service level agreement
Close monitor of distribution (branch or client specific)
Close monitor of collections and returns (branch or client specific)
Arrange all special deliveries /

Reporting:

Compile reports – specific criteria (Undelivered/Collections)
Provide feedback to client on the Undelivered Report daily
Delivery Queries:

Provide client with prompt feedback on late deliveries incorrect addresses, lost consignments
Investigate and report on delivery exceptions
Co-ordinate all sensitive promotional/launch deliveries

Job Requirements:

Grade 12
Computer Literate
Active listening skills — giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made and asking appropriate
Problem Solving Ability — identifying problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement
Service Orientation — actively looking for ways to help deliver World-Class customer service
