FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM

Food and customer service team members are needed at KFC in various locations who will prepare and cook KFC products.

REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 / Matric
Be able to work in a team and treat fellow colleagues with respect.
Recognize other team members frequently using CHAMPS (Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product and Speed of Service)
Reports for work as scheduled and on time (calls in according to policy if absent)
Able to take instructions from management and execute them accordingly
Able to adapt to the changing environment of a fast-paced environment
Always achieve compliance standards and delivering 100% CHAMPS with a Yes attitude!

Prepare food standards in accordance with precise recipe guides and strict production and safety procedures.
Follow all raw product breading and cooking procedures.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

When given instructions by the manager, follow the approved procedures to cook KFC products.
Portion ingredients and cooked items using endorsed procedures.

Hold all raw and cooked products to standard holding periods and temperatures in the suitable equipment.

Food and customer service team members are required at KFC in different areas who will plan and cook KFC items.

Clean and disinfect food preparation and storage areas, equipment, and utensils in accordance with established schedules and procedures.
Check and act on product expiration dates and times to capture information about product preparation and monitor product quality.
Always adhere to all policies, procedures, and guidelines, including grievance-related ones.
Follow all of the principles of the brand and company culture. Act like a customer maniac by meeting compliance requirements and delivering 100% CHAMPS (Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product, and Speed of Service) with a Yes! attitude through each shift.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant General Manager from time to time. More information about this position The candidate will be able to prepare all KFC products in accordance with KFC’s standard operating procedures while adhering strictly to Health and Safety standards.
