TFG are offering an exciting and challenging position within the Financial Services. This position is suitable for a service driven individual to conduct compliance checks and validate procedural adherence to the New Accounts applications process and confirmation of proof of income.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct thorough validation checks on Proof of Income Documents
Bank Statements and Payslips
Salary Verification Forms
Financial Statements
Assessing documents authenticity
Verifying affordability calculation
Ensuring adherence to internal compliance and National Credit Regulator (NCR) requirements
Completing all necessary processes as per Standard Operating Procedures
Achieving productivity targets

 

 

REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY FOR THE POSITION

Matric
6 months Contact Centre minimum experience within New Accounts Department
Relevant Legislation knowledge (NCA, POPI, CPA, DCA etc)
High attention to detail
Good communication skills
Highly quality focused
Ability to work in a stressful environment
Able to work flexible hours
Able to perform well in a back office admin target driven environment
