Join the eFama App team in as a Customer Service Agent. eFama is a progressive commercial center that interfaces farms directly to clients. We are developing our group and our Customer Service Business Unit tries to add various devoted customer agents to help our clients.

Responsibilities include: giving proficient client care and support to all our esteemed App clients, for example, farmers and customers by offering quality types of assistance through accurate processing of all App clients, in-App orders, question/client enlistment, case/farm onboarding and resolving queries.




Assist App users with marketplace registration

Assist commercial buyers, logistics companies, and farmers with the onboarding process including follow ups on pending document

Oversee Application clients’ messages and calls inside the necessary reaction times to accomplish a good goal, inside a POPI consistent climate.

In order to avoid errors, ensure that all orders are processed within the allotted timeframes.

Enter all transactions and information accurately the first time.

In order to meet or exceed customer expectations, ensure that orders are delivered within the specified timeframes.

Answer client enquiries and resolve debates utilizing drive inside the necessary reaction time. Look for help from Group captain when expected to decide suitable arrangements.

To meet customer expectations and departmental goals and objectives, manage daily workload and support colleagues by sharing workload when necessary.

In order to guarantee the overall compliance of the Customer Service unit, adhere to all policies, rules, and regulations of the business and ensure effective document management.




Must be able to write and speak English fluently

Multiple languages such as Sepedi, Xitsonga and Tshivenda will be advantageous

Computer Literacy (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)

Ability to prioritise work.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Grade 12

Additional qualifications or workplace experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary or Call Center Agent will be an advantage.

Experience on systems used within call centre environments will be advantageous but not a requirements, as successful candidates will be trained.

Salary: R11 500 – R14 500 Per Month

Location: Remote Working, but may be required to attend training at least once a month in Sandton. The company will cover costs for travelling and accommodation.

Laptop and Phone: an entry level laptop and cellphone will be provided. Airtime and data will be provided as well
